Worked in tandem with Creative Director creating and leading artistic opportunities for residents. Collaborated with local community members who provided worksop experiences.

Provided leadership/training for all newly hired staff. Managed daily operational procedures. Oversaw finance management.

Designed workshops focused on sustainability with an emphasis on current developed world standards regarding gender and youth equality.
